Nutshell has always let you schedule your own follow-up tasks, but we know that CRM needs to be smarter than that. Available today, our new Keep in Touch tool makes it easy to cultivate your relationships.

We took a straightforward approach—rather than scheduling a recurring task or a repeating calendar item, just choose how often you want to keep in touch: every week, month or three months. Nutshell reminds you when it’s time to reach out.

When it comes to your dashboard, we built a really sleek interface so that you can quickly work through these followups, and you can use an email template to send off a quick note. We incorporated Nutshell’s timelines to get a reminder of how you and your team have interacted with this contact in the past.

Oh, and Nutshell timelines even show you when your teammates schedule followups.

Plays great with Mail Sync

If you’re using Nutshell Mail Sync to automatically import your email, or if you’re just using, Nutshell knows when you’re keeping up the relationship on your own. We’ll only nudge you to reach out when you haven’t had an activity or an email in the scheduled time.

Plays great with Click-to-call

If you’re somebody who prefers to cultivate your relationships on the phone, use Click-to-call from the followup popup. We’ll connect your call, automatically log it, and remind you again in the future.
